Looking for a part-time Administrative/Personal Assistant to assist busy Interior Designer from office near the beach. 20-25 hours a week, Mon-Thurs. Can be flexible with days/times. Could grow into full-time position.
Duties include running errands for home and office, coordinating and meeting deliveries, scheduling, data entry, correspondence, internet searches, spreadsheets, calling vendors, attending meetings with designer, home/office organisation, pet care, etc
Will need to be local and living in L.A. and able to come to office and work with interior designer. Some hours can be worked on from home, but this is not a remote or work from home position.
Must have car, laptop, and daytime hours Monday-Friday available to come to the office or designer's home.
Must have 2 years prior experience in a support role for an executive, be organised and detail oriented, and able to just jump in whoever help is needed and with a great attitude. Advanced knowledge of MS Office required.
