This is a full-time, on-site position.

The Media Manager is responsible for visual media content, from processing images in Lightroom and Photoshop, to design and layout of email blasts, to website content updates and managing social media posts.

The core of this job is two prong: the ability to understand, incorporate and creatively execute projects in alignment with company aesthetics, and mastery of the technical skills (software) required to do so.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure the image library is current and updated as needed.

- Process and export images as needed for graphic design layouts, website use, social media, and any other publicity purposes such as press requests.

- Graphic design, primarily design layouts for email blasts.

- Update website content as needed, including reviewing existing content for errors, oversights, or functionality issues that need updating or improvement.

- Manage social media posting calendar.

REQUIREMENTS:

- A highly developed aesthetic sensibility is critical and must be evident in the applicant's portfolio.

- Excellent knowledge of, and experience with, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and InDesign is mandatory.

- Digital image processing knowledge and skills are mandatory.

- Experience with Wordpress is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of DAM (digital asset management) protocols is strongly preferred.

- Photography (image capture) skills are not required, but are beneficial.

- Coding skills (HTML, CSS) are not required, but are beneficial.

- 3D modeling skills are not required, but are beneficial.

- Knowledge of Windows/PC platform is necessary. This is a PC-only environment.

COMPENSATION: $70k-75k salary, depending on skills and experience. Paid vacation, holidays, sick days, 401K.

NOTE:

This is an on-site position with no work-from-home option.

Headphones or earpods are not allowed in the workplace.

Personal computers or tablets are not allowed in the workplace.

Personal cell phones may be used during breaks but using cell phones for non-urgent purposes (such as texting friends or scrolling/posting to social media) during work hours is not allowed.
