Livestream / Content Producer
Proven experience in live video production and streaming, with a portfolio showcasing previous work in live shopping or related content
Strong technical proficiency with TikTok's live streaming platform and production equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting) optimized for live shopping experiences. Experience with Amazon’s platform a plus
Familiarity with encoding software (e.g., OBS Studio, Wirecast, vMix) and streaming protocols used on TikTok
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during live events, especially when managing products and sales in real-time
Strong communication and project management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with content creators and product teams
A passion for delivering high-quality live content that drives engagement and sales, coupled with a keen eye for detail in managing products and live shopping experiences
Design and set up live streaming setups tailored for live shopping, including cameras, lighting, audio, and encoding software
Coordinate and manage live shopping events, ensuring a seamless and high-quality viewing and shopping experience for viewers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to maintain stream integrity and keep the shopping experience smooth
Work closely with content creators and product teams to develop and implement live shopping strategies that align with our brand and drive sales
Monitor live streams for quality control and product performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize the shopping experience
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming and online shopping, incorporating innovative features and tactics to enhance engagement and sales
Manage streaming media assets, including archiving live streams and optimizing video content for on-demand access and product promotion
