We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and business-minded Lead Stylist to join our home staging team. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a team-first mindset. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, values efficiency and solutions over ego, and understands that they are a vital employee within a growing company.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Sales Support
Conduct on-site visits with clients to assess properties and develop staging strategies.
Prepare and present client contracts, outlining services, timelines, and pricing.
Assist in client acquisition efforts, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Design & Installation
Curate, plan, and execute staging designs, selecting furniture, decor, and accessories.
Oversee staging installations, ensuring smooth execution from load-in to setup to final styling.
Manage inventory selection and logistics, working closely with movers to maintain efficiency.
Ensure each space is styled to perfection with an eye for detail and market appeal.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Track and manage furniture, decor, and accessory inventory using StrangeDNA.
Oversee organization and upkeep of the warehouse, ensuring items are accounted for.
Work with the Creative Director and Showroom Coordinator to source, rotate, and sell inventory as needed.
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead and support the staging team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Problem-solve in real-time during installations, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
Organize team schedules, assignments, and oversee staging quality control.
Uphold company standards and recognize your role as an integral part of the team’s success.
