Must be well organized, intuitive problem solver with excellent communication skills, able to multi-task in well-appointed contemporary art studio environment
Primary focus on programming, setup and operation of CNC gantry mill for wood and foam sculptural projects and woodworking.
Swing shift, mostly night hours and weekends
Must be available on Saturdays.
Experience/Knowledge
CNC mill operation including setup and fixturing
Cam experience with Fusion 360 or other cam packages (Including Mastercam, RhinoCam, Esprit)
Knowledge of wood, foam, and plastics milling
Experience with one-off/prototype item creation
Qualifications-
1-3 Years of CNC mill operation including setup and fixturing
1-3 years of CAM programming
