Beauty Brand is seeking a Package Designer (PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME).
Working with Creative Director for packaging in Beauty/ Skin / Facial Care/ Spa and Wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Creating intricate package (dielines) and product designs under direction of creative director or management
- Create files correctly for Printing Production Art Works (Spot and 4C Process Printing)
- Research creative ideas with color trends and competitive market landscape
- Adhere to deadlines and ensure revisions are done completely and accurately
- Brainstorms concept, mock-up design ideas, and present with Purchase dept.
- Creating mock-ups and samples, and materials (offer sheet, catalogs, banners, Ads) for clients and meetings, and shows
- Creating digital and social media marketing materials
- Touch up digital imagery of product shots and other marketing media
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of Packaging Design experience
- Beauty & Fashion, Cosmetic and/or Skin Care design experience is required
- Must be skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign in Mac
- Ability to work from concept through final completion (Spot and 4C Process Printing)
- Ability to visually work with typography and create comps
- Strong work ethics to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking, prioritization and organization skills
- Meet deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure
- Pay attention to detail of directions and guidelines from creative direction and management
- Pay: $30 - $34 per hour - DOE
