Responsibilities:
- Make outbound contact with prospective clients to set appointments for agent.
- Generate follow up appointments via calendar for agent to conduct Home improvement appointments.
- Accept inbound calls from clients and prospects to resolve issues surrounding scheduling or lead management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- 6+ months working experience in high volume call center, customer service, or a sales support position.
- A calm demeanor and the ability to quickly deal with objections.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
