Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our online presence. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for curating engaging content, developing strategic campaigns, and fostering community engagement across all our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for daily posts, including photos, videos, and graphics.

Come to our job sites twice a month, showcasing our projects, team members, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Craft compelling and informative captions that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.

Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.

Implement social media advertising campaigns to promote our services and special offers.

Analyze key metrics and performance data to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

Proficiency in video production and editing software, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for viral, funny, and lead-generating posts.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for gender equality and supporting women in non-traditional roles is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Organize a Social Media Schedule: Create and maintain a detailed social media content calendar, outlining the posting schedule for each platform. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely approvals and alignment with project timelines.

Initiate Approvals and Shooting Schedules: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to obtain necessary approvals for content creation. Schedule and coordinate video shoots, ensuring availability of team members and necessary resources.

Prepare Ideas and Shoot Lists: Brainstorm creative concepts and content ideas for social media posts, campaigns, and videos. Develop comprehensive shoot lists detailing the required shots, scenes, and props for each video production.

Advance Preparation for Content: Conduct thorough pre-production planning for video shoots, including location scouting, prop sourcing, and script development. Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed to secure additional resources or equipment.

These additional responsibilities are crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of our social media strategy and the production of high-quality, engaging content.
