Innovative skateboarding streaming startup seeking an experienced social media professional to direct our strategy before a major platform launch. We've secured partnerships with leading skateboarding brands and athletes and are now building our team.
Starting as a part-time role (5-10 hours weekly) with clear path to full-time as we scale. Looking for someone who can develop and guide our social media strategy while working flexible hours initially.
Responsibilities:
Create and oversee social media strategy for platform launch
Develop content strategies that resonate with skateboarding culture
Set up analytics and reporting frameworks
Coordinate with skateboarding athletes and brands for maximum impact
Set up scheduled posts to ensure content is published at peak engagement times for maximum reach and impact
Requirements:
Proven track record in social media strategy
Hootsuite experience or equivalent needed
Understanding of skateboarding culture preferred
Experience with video-centric platforms
Ability to work flexible hours initially
Strategic mindset with data-driven approach
