POSITION:
Personal Assistant/Right Hand/Creative Direction & Brand Development expert for an individual building a unique, independently managed, creatively driven innovative brand.
YOU ARE:
I am seeking an innovative and progressive individual to take a chance and be my Executive Assistant. You will be playing a pivotal and crucial role in various aspects of a multidimensional digital entertainment brand. This position requires expertise in social media marketing, consumer behavior analysis, brand development, digital art, social media platform knowledge, photo/video editing skills, aesthetic styling, talent management, copywriting and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in establishing and enhancing the brand's identity, name, purpose, product across all trending social platforms.
- Develop and implement strategic content creation and marketing campaigns to engage and retain a solid target market while gaining traction to expand and grow.
- Collaborate on brainstorming business ventures that will expand the consumer base, demand, reach variety of audiences and most importantly remain relevant.
- Manage daily tasks efficiently, both business and personal, ensuring seamless operations on all ends. This is a team position we will be working closely and your vision is not only important but necessary.
- Foster strong client relationships, while also nurturing new connections to expand our network to grow and build exponentially.
- Provide support in scheduling, organization, and maintaining a positive brand image remaining true to my personal style and identity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Love animals and have patience working in an environment with a very sweet, loving and trained dog.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, consumer behavior analysis, and digital content creation.
- Experience in assisting individuals with personal lifestyle needs and goals to meet deadlines, make valuable profit goals and attain recognition in various markets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and problem-solving skills- READ A ROOM.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for travel.
- Passion for creative work and potential past work with start ups.
COMPENSATION:
- Base weekly fixed pay in addition to a percentage of total gross weekly profit, with promised % growth as the brand becomes more successful.
