Marketing Project Coordinator [Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm]

We are a spiritual non-profit organization seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator. This is a full-time hybrid position located in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for development of organization’s printed books, eBooks, calendars, audio/video items, free literature, and member communications.

Coordinate and work with Outreach, Design, Production, and Translation departments, as well as marketing consultants, to develop, design and execute projects.

Review stock reports and initiate reprint requests as needed to insure all items remain in stock.

Prepare proposals for new products as required.

Secure all necessary print approvals including Outreach, Editorial and IP rights departments.

Secure input from other areas within the organization, such as Membership Services, Center department, and Audio/Video, as needed.

Track schedule to ensure products are delivered on time.

Review estimates and track budgets for assigned jobs.

Assist Marketing manager as needed.

Follow organization’s policies and established processes.

Other position-related tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, preferred.

Strong marketing, project management, and administrative skills.

The ability to organize projects from start to finish effectively, including appropriate follow-up toward completion.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the organization adequately when dealing with the public.

Familiarity with Jira, MS Teams, or other task management tool.

The ability to function well in a multi-task environment.

The ability to honor and maintain a strict level of confidentiality.

The ability to work well with a variety of individuals while upholding and promoting a harmonious work environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
