Position: Full-Time Telemarketing Representative
Compensation:
- Starting at $18 per hour, plus enticing bonuses and commission structures
- Weekly pay for your convenience
- Additional production bonuses and daily cash incentives
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for HVAC tune-ups, maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Leverage your telemarketing expertise to engage potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our services
- Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and achieve collective goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telemarketing / appointment setting or sales, preferably within the construction industry
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building rapport over the phone
- High energy and enthusiasm coupled with a goal-oriented mindset
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
