Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager will support the department’s efforts by managing the customer relationship
management (CRM) system and contact database, developing newsletters, supporting website maintenance, and assisting in other tasks as requested. The candidate must be flexible and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to help achieve the organization’s KPI goals, so strong communication skills in English are required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM & Contact Database Management, including:
o Analyze newsletter subscribers and event attendee behavior to track their journey metrics/mapping and assist in targeted personalized
communications.
o Generate regular reports on CRM performance and make data-driven
recommendations for optimization.
o Train team members.
o Research and stay up-to-date on CRM industry news, trends, and best
practices.
o Ensure the organization is in compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
2. Newsletter & Announcement Production and Execution, including:
o Assist in the development of newsletters and official announcements and schedule distribution.
o Prepare regular reports on performance by tracking metrics
o Research and update the team with critical email marketing regulations.
3. Website Development, including:
o Support in the development of new website pages and their launches.
o Implement SEO strategies including keyword optimization and metadata updates.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as the hiring company does not offer visa sponsorship.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in CRM systems or other relevant software.
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
Basic HTML/CSS skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and implement minor customizations.
Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign management.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email campaign reports).
A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Japanese language knowledge is not a must-have but a plus.
