The Work Justice Firm is looking for a motivated legal assistant to join our workers' compensation department. We are looking for candidates that have at least 1 year of experience in workers’ compensation and are bilingual in Spanish. What we need from you:
Familiarity with the workers’ compensation terminology;
Experience with Merus/iKase/A-1 and Microsoft Office is a plus;
Ability obtain and set doctors appointments for clients;
Bilingual Spanish/English;
Strong grammar and communication skills;
Ability to schedule hearings, depositions, and in-office client meetings;
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude;
Must be reliable and punctual;
