Senior Litigation Paralegal - for global law firm with internationally recognized litigation practice.
Hybrid position with remote and in person work. This position can be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco or Palo Alto.
MUST HAVE experience as a litigation paralegal in an AmLaw 100 firm or specialized litigation practice firm working on large complex matters.
Ideal candidate is an experienced, career-track litigation paralegal with significant trial experience, trial prep, and experience traveling to trial as needed, setting up war rooms, etc.
This position will contribute as lead paralegal on large, complex cases and provide instruction and informal mentorship to junior paralegals at the Firm.
Position Requirements: Trial prep and trial experience. 5 years od experience as a litigation paralegal in an AmLaw 100 firm or specialized litigation practice firm. Experience preparing for and attending trials/arbitrations/hearings. Experience coordinating trial/arbitration logistics, including negotiating for workspace, setting-up remote office space, and coordinating with vendors. Proficient with cite-checking and Bluebook rules. Excellent judgment demonstrated by the ability to make appropriate decisions in high pressure situations. Experience with court and administrative agency filings, including electronic or e-filings. Experience using e-discovery databases. Bachelor's degree required. Paralegal certificate ideal.
Availability for travel and OT as needed.
Salary is commensurate with experience up to 140k paid OT, bonus and generous employee benefits.
