We are a small commercial real estate company based in California seeking a California Bar-attorney to assist with the following legal matters:
Judgment Collection: Assistance in collecting judgments worth several hundred thousand dollars from tenants where judgments have already been obtained (on a contingency basis).
Collection of Unpaid Bills: Pursuing claims against non-performing contractors paid flate fee. Mortgage Installments: Legal guidance on potential multimillion-dollar settlement contigancy bases
Slip-and-Fall Defense: Representation for a property liability lawsuit. Flate fee
Lease Drafting and Review: Assistance with drafting and reviewing lease agreements.
Purchase Agreement Review: Expertise in reviewing purchase agreements for real estate transactions.
Requirements:
Must be California Bar-
Experience in real estate law, judgment collection, contractor disputes, and defense litigation is highly preferred. Not must
Open to working on a contingency fee basis where applicable.
Remote work is acceptable from anywhere in the world.
