Required Experience:
Personal Injury experience (CM/ACM/Paralegal/etc.) - You should already have a modest understanding of personal injury.
This is a position where your attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and general problem-solving skills will be utilized.
Responsibilities:
Have pleasant phone demeanor, empathy, and patience to hear the client out and meet their needs.
Monitor and follow-up on client treatment.
Be a quick learner - if you ask the same question over and over, you're not a good fit.
Be able to ask concise questions and work on your own without excessive micromanagement.
Organize and input information into our computer system.
Requirements:
Speak Spanish fluently
Know how to use language in a persuasive manner to help captivate the person on the phone.
Be genuinely curious to learn about other people's circumstances and figure out how we can make their lives better.
Be able to think on your feet and navigate through sometimes difficult conversations to help address the client's needs.
Be empathetic but logical, helping demonstrate that you care while still being able to drive the conversation in a productive direction.
Be skilled at creating instant connections with people, meeting them at their level in order to help establish a relationship and set us apart.
Be able to work well with your lead case manager, putting yourself aside for the greater good of our clients and the company as a whole.

9:00am to 5:30pm
40 hours per week
Pay: $23.00/hour - if you do exceptionally well in the first 3 months, you will get an instant pay bump.
