Looking for a temporary to hire Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide daily administrative support, answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, accepting courier packages and retrieving mail, scanning files and mail with case information; logging deliveries, and reserving/preparing conference rooms for depositions, providing back up legal secretary/paralegal support with PDF/document conversions, and copy services and assistance to the Office Administrator to process invoices/banking and documenting incoming retainer checks.
Must have law firm experience. Candidate will have a professional and friendly demeanor and be highly self-motivated, prompt, reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook); experience with iManage, Elite and Chrome River will be helpful.
Hours are 8:30am-5pm (preferred), or 7:30am-4pm, or 8:00am to 4:30pm
Temp hourly rate is $24-$26/hour
