The Production/Transcription Manager requires a versatile candidate with great attention to detail and excellent organization and communication skills. It is a fast-paced working environment, so the ideal candidate must be a positive team player that can work well under pressure. Must have experience working with YesLaw.
Expectation:
Receive and track-in audio and files from court reporters.
Coordinate transcription assignments with resources and vendors.
Communicate regularly with digital reporters and transcribers regarding audio/transcript status and other client requests.
Monitor department inbox to promptly respond to client questions and other requests.
Field transcription-related phone calls and emails
Maintain and update shared transcription calendars with deadlines.
Coordinate deliverables with production department.
Guide clients through the client-provided audio transcription request process, including providing cost estimates.
Enter job notes in Solaria– any update to the job process should be documented.
Perform transcription duties as needed.
Edit, quality-check, and certify transcripts as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in YesLaw.
1-2 years of experience working and producing transcripts
Pay range and Benefits:
$50-$70k salary.
