Known for our friendly, family-oriented culture and deep expertise in civil litigation, we handle a wide range of cases including insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, and employment matters.
We’re currently seeking two Post Bar Law Clerks to join our team and work closely with associates, senior attorneys, general counsel, and the managing partner. This is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation for your litigation career at a firm that values mentorship and professional growth.
What You’ll Do
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on substantive and procedural issues
Assist in drafting pleadings, causes of action, and motions
Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
Summarize deposition transcripts, investigative reports, and medical records
Gain practical exposure to all phases of litigation
What We’re Looking For
3rd year law student or recent graduate (from a traditional or part-time program)
Academic standing in the top 40% of your class
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and a sincere interest in civil litigation
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $25.00–$28.00 per hour; commensurate with experience
Full-Time Benefits (after probationary period): Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and sick time
