A fast-paced, established, high-volume Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm in the Antelope Valley is looking for a full-time case handler with emphasis on resolving property damage claims. Successful candidate should have 3+ years’ experience handling all aspects of pre-litigation property damage claims. If lacking experience, we will train.
Are you motivated? Detail oriented? Have excellent time management skills? The ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation skills, a knowledge of cars and be thick-skinned. Applicant must be a people-person and be able to manage a case-load of 50 property damage claims. Duties include coordinating property damage inspections, negotiating total loss and loss of use settlements, setting-up rental cars, and meeting with clients.
