Searching for senior probate litigator who can assist with drafting and filing a petition to challenge a living trust of a family member who is now suffering with dementia. This will not be a heavily litigated matter. More important is getting a petition on file to kickstart the settlement conversations. It will come to an amicable resolution because neither side is particularly in favor of expending significant legal fees. The estate is just not that big.
