Growing personal injury law firm located in Downtown Los Angeles seeking a personal injury case manager. Candidate MUST speak Spanish. We offer Health Insurance Benefits.
Candidate must have experience working as either a personal injury legal assistant or case manager and will be expected to handle plaintiff's personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
Duties will include the following:
- Initial client contact (intakes);
- Requesting and organizing medical records and collision reports;
- Scheduling medical appointments and managing client's medical care;
- Opening/closing files;
- Resolving property damage and preparing loss of use demands;
- Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution; and
- Preparing files to submit to demand writers;
Candidate must be very organized, detail oriented, capable of working in a high pressure environment, computer literate, willing to work as a team player, and have outstanding customer service skills. Positive attitude, good communication and writing skills along with multi-tasking are a must.
