What You’ll Do as a PARTNER
As a partner, you will be responsible for several key aspects of the business, including but not limited to:
☀︎Surplus Funds Claiming
☀︎Research and identify eligible surplus funds cases using public records and online tools.
☀︎Prepare and file claims on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with state and county regulations.
Work directly with attorneys, county officials, and other stakeholders to expedite the recovery process.
☀︎Client Interaction
Communicate with potential clients who may be entitled to surplus funds.
Explain the claims process, build trust, and secure agreements to represent them in recovering their funds.
Provide ongoing updates and transparency throughout the process to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Business Operations
☀︎Develop and refine systems to streamline surplus funds recovery processes.
☀︎Expand the business by researching untapped markets, building relationships with attorneys, and forming partnerships with key stakeholders.
☀︎Track and manage leads, cases, and financial metrics to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
