West LA based attorney looking for an attorney or paralegal proficient in Family and Civil Law. This is NOT a full time job it's 1099 work to start. Attorney works remotely and is perfectly fine with a remote situation. Must have experience with family law and civil litigation comfortable with efiling preferably someone who knows Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange and San Diego Counties. We file a lot of restraining orders so if you have experience there it would be very helpful. We would need assistance preparing and handling filing of relevant court documents. If you are an attorney then we may be able to use you from time to time for appearances. No I am not looking to train anyone.
