Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This role does not require a paralegal license. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Armenian and possess strong administrative and case management skills. Prior experience in sales and client intake is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Case Management:Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including organizing and maintaining case files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with clients.

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, filing documents, and handling correspondence.

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case status and addressing any questions or concerns.

Intake and Sales: Handle initial client intake calls, gather necessary information, and assist with the onboarding process. Strong sales skills to effectively convert leads into clients.

Documentation: Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Armenian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Experience: Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred, not required. Experience in personal injury law is a plus, not required.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.

Sales Experience: Background in sales or client intake, with the ability to manage and convert leads.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional coursework or certification in legal studies is a plus but not required.
