Encino based Employment Law Defense Firm is seeking a Paralegal to be responsible for supporting litigation matters. If you possess strong knowledge of State and Federal Court rules coupled with ability to organize, prioritize, and meet demands of multiple projects and would like to work with a fun and fast paced team in Employment Law, we have a fantastic opportunity for you! Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
$32.00-$35.00/hour + Benefits
Responsibilities:
Conducting exposure analysis by utilizing advanced excel formulas.
Supporting litigation cases with a strong focus on class action and PAGA claims.
Being highly organized and proactive in reminding attorneys of upcoming deadlines, preparing them for court appearances, mediation's and meetings and following up on tentative court rulings prior to hearing dates.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary
Background in Employment Litigation
Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to build formulas
Experience working on Class Action or PAGA claims a plus!
