A friendly, regional law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Secretary to join its legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to litigation attorneys, efficiently managing complex legal cases, and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's litigation department.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Secretary or Legal Secretary in a reputable law firm.
Proficiency in legal document preparation and e-filing systems for both Federal & State Courts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management including calendaring.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
