Lawyer/Paralegal

We are a small solo firm in need of a paralegal or lawyer to take on some part time work. This is not a salaried full time gig. The volume of work depends on your abilities efficiency and desire. We are primarily litigating restraining order cases with some amount of family law litigation. Criminal appearances may be available if you are a lawyer additionally. We need someone who can process draft and file restraining order litigation in multiple counties. You can work remotely no need to commute. Id prefer someone in Los Angeles or Orange County but if your qualifications are good I'll consider a further distance. Working knowledge of multiple county e-filing will be very helpful. Prior family law litigation will be helpful. There is law and motion work you can handle and court appearances if you are an attorney. If you have trial experience of any kind hearings or trials may also be possible. You need to have experience this is not a training position.
