Law and Motion and/or Research Attorney for high-end personal injury and wrongful death cases. Successful candidate must have 5+ years of experience. No depositions, court appearances or trial work will be expected. No client contact is expected. No caseload - single task work only. Examples: Research caselaw, codes and statutes, prepare opposition to demurrer/motion to strike, prepare and oppose motions to compel, summary judgment oppositions, prepare and opposing motions for protective order, etc. High attention to detail required.
