Experienced immigration attorney needed for covering court appearances in Los Angeles. May work remotely or on-site, your choice. Hours are flexible (your choice), and referrals are possible if you have another area of practice for which clients may need help (for example, estate planning, family law). Majority of the cases are removal defense and family-based. Must have significant skills and experience in EOIR/removal defense cases and family-based cases.
Hourly rate is flexible and based on experience. Must have good communication skills, be reliable and able to attend one weekly meeting (remotely or in person) to go over cases assigned.
