Hiring Experienced Immigration Attorney and Immigration Paralegals - Remote Contract Work - Contract Work (Remote)

I am a solo immigration attorney with over 40 years of experience in immigration law, and I am looking to expand my team. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in immigration law, and we are currently seeking experienced Immigration Attorneys and Immigration Paralegals for contract work. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours to suit your schedule.
Responsibilities:
Manage immigration cases from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
Offer expert legal counsel and representation in various immigration matters, including employment visas (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, L, O-1, P-1), U visas, VAWA, deportation defenses, and asylum cases.
Focus primarily on removal defense and family-based immigration cases. Candidates must have substantial experience in EOIR/removal defense and family-based cases to quickly and accurately identify issues and provide solutions for undocumented clients.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in immigration law.
Proficiency in handling a wide range of employment visa applications, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, L, O-1, P-1, as well as U visas and VAWA cases.
Strong skills and extensive experience in EOIR/removal defense and family-based immigration cases.
Ability to work independently and manage cases effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on skills and experience.
Paralegals: starting at $20 per hour.
Attorneys: starting at $40 per hour.
