Family Law Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and be comfortable handling a wide range of matters, including divorce, custody, support, property division, and domestic violence.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish.
Draft and review pleadings, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements.
Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Supervise and provide guidance to paralegals and legal assistants.
Ensure deadlines are met and cases are handled efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of family law experience.
Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks effectively.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently without reminders.
