Beverly Hills Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist with EXPERIENCE.
You must have strong attention to detail, reliable, quick learner, and have strong communication skills.
The Intake Specialist will work directly within the Firm’s new case call department. The Intake Specialist is an integral part of generating new business for the Firm and must recognize a qualified Personal Injury or other specific types of legal matters when they hear it. The Intake Specialist must have the skill to turn a potential case into a client. In addition to working with other departments within the Firm, the Intake Specialist may be tasked with special projects on an as-needed basis requiring direction and guidance by the Intake Manager and/or Management.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to turn a potential case into a client
Keep potential clients informed on the status of their case review.
Handle calls from potential clients who have been injured and need an attorney.
Speaking to prospective clients over the phone, analyzing clients' situations, and following up to obtain documents and signed retainer.
Keep track of potential cases and follow up on schedule
Update database in a timely manner
Upload pertinent documents appropriately
Build strong rapport with potential clients
