Including but not limited to contacting IRS and State agencies, developing, and submitting payment plan requests, preparing tax returns, and collaborating with legal staff for assigned clients. Perform all work in accordance with federal and state regulations and guided by firm standard operating procedures and within the limits of established policies and service level agreements.
MUST HAVE 2 YEARS TAX RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
Required:
. An Enrolled Agent in good standing
. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
. Excellent customer service skills
. Able to work independently as well as a team player
. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize
. Demonstrate strong organizational, planning and deadline management
skills
Daily Tasks:
. Communicate with IRS and/or State taxing agency by telephone, mail,
fax, and or email
. Manage cases and speaking with clients
. Negotiate with IRS and/or State taxing agency to release wage and/or
bank levies
. Prepare and analyze financial documents to choose optimal resolution
path for clients
