A busy attorney support service is looking for customer service reps, to be responsible for contacting record locations on the phone to coordinate the accurate and timely retrieval of requested records.
Experience in the Attorney Service and Reprographics/Photocopy Industry preferred
Tasks and Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to locations to obtain records
Receive inbound calls from record locations
Daily processing of correspondence and mail
Enter all information accurately into our computer system (Wincopy)
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Type 30 words per minute
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform while on the phone for the entire day
Experience with heavy call volume preferred
Call center or related experience a plus
Assertive, outgoing personality
Ability to prioritize and multitask
