Duties: Remote contract attorney position to assist with litigation cases, including handling law and motion matters, taking depositions, propounding discovery, responding to discovery and trial preparation.
Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Clio Practice Management, strong organizational skills, high attention to details, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills.
Salary: Market
Part-Time: minimum of 20 hours per week.
