A well-established law firm recognized for providing outstanding legal services is seeking a Certified Litigation Paralegal to support our expanding practice. About the Role
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple aspects of litigation support. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures, case management, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
Maintain and organize case files, discovery indexes, and court filings
Prepare exhibits, briefs, and evidence for hearings and trials
Liaise with attorneys, clients, and external parties to facilitate case progress
Handle electronic filings and ensure compliance with court procedures
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
Paralegal certification required. Valid certificate must be presented prior to hire.
Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and e-filing procedures
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate ($32 - $40 per hour, depending on experience)
