Personal Injury/Lemon Law firm seeking client-focused and compassionate individuals that will work as pre-litigation department. The position requires working directly with clients to facilitate any necessary medical treatments and consultations and resolving their property damage claim, contacting insurance companies and medical facilities on a daily basis. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and computer skills to be able to use our case-management software, electronic signature program and other technological resources such as emails, calendars, drobox, and others. At least 1 year of experience in Personal Injury law is required to apply to the position.
Duties will include the following:
- Talking to clients and showing empathy for their situations
- Updating insurance adjusters on client treatment status
- Updating medical offices on case status, and requesting records and bills
- Opening and obtaining final health insurance liens
- Electronic database entry
- Drafting correspondence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe required
- Filing and scanning mail and other documents
We are looking for someone who is organized, can multi-task and has strong organized and follow up skills and who is confident on the phone with clients. Reliability and punctuality is a most. We offer a friendly work environment. This is not a remote-working position, 8 hour-shift.
