Looking for someone with trial experience to assist in a short labor and employment 3/4 day bench trial in downtown LA end of May (or whenever court assigns date). Will require 1-2 weeks of prep work for trial and attendance at trial for 3-4 days - direct and cross examination work may be assigned. Should be comfortable in with exhibits binders, trial procedure, and evidence.
