We are a boutique insurance defense law firm with offices in CA and Arizona. Our focus is on civil litigation, including matters that involve insurance, personal injury and employment litigation. Our clients include large fortune 500 Companies, and many cases go to trial.
We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team.
Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the state bar;
Must have 4-8 years of experience in insurance defense, personal injury, business litigation, or other relevant experience;
Independent case handling from inception through trial;
Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise.

Responsibilities
Case evaluation and preparation;
Develop a plan of action and recommend a winning case strategy;
Interview witnesses for court cases and prepare witnesses to testify.
Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases;
Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents on behalf of clients;
Perform administrative duties as they relate to the practice of law;
Correspond as needed;
Appear in court on all cases assigned;
Report on hearings, depositions, and appearances.
Negotiate settlements;
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
This position will be based in Encino, California and is available for a hybrid remote-office position for the appropriate candidate.
Annual Salary: Starting at $135k-$175k; commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability. Opportunity to earn monthly, productivity-based supplemental income when predetermined criteria are met.
