Our firm is looking for a driven AR/data entry clerk with outstanding communication and client relationship skills. You must have at least a basic understanding of accounting principles as well as experience with Excel. This position will primarily handle contacting clients to discuss their overdue payments, monitor accounts on a daily basis, and identify outstanding balances on accounts. Applicants must be willing and able to adapt to varying workloads and client demands.
Other requirements include:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, interoffice and customer
Ability to multitask, follow-up and follow-through
Must be organized
Type 40+ WPM
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Above average technical computer knowledge
