What You’ll Do:
✅ Load and unload party gear (inflatables, tents, chairs & more) from a box truck—or your truck if you’ve got one!
✅ Drive safely within a 30-mile service area (we’ll trust you behind the wheel).
✅ Set up rental items at event locations (mostly weekend morning gigs).
✅ Occasionally chat with customers (no major schmoozing required; just be friendly!).
Physical Demands:
This role demands the ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing between 50 to 150 pounds as part of a two-person team, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies. Crew members must be comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching, to maneuver heavy items safely. All necessary safety gear and training will be provided to ensure proper handling and injury prevention.
