JOB DESCRIPTION
- Clean and refurbish our rental equipment
- Prep new orders for pickup or ship out
- Janitorial duties
- Loading and unloading of truck
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Dependable and Reliable:Show up on time for your shift every day.
- Flexible:ability to prioritize between multiple work assignments & flexibility with work assignments.
- Hard Worker:Must be physically fit enough to work 8 hours a day and lift/move equipment up to 90 lbs. during all seasons in an outside warehouse environment.
-Willing to Learn:Must be willing to learn our company, our products, and the special way we do things for the benefit of our customers and our company.
EXTRA QUALIFICATIONS (not required but will make you stand out to be hired)
-Forklift Experience: Proficiency with Toyota sit-down propane forklift.
-Construction Experience: Most of our customers and equipment is for underground utility construction. Any experience in the construction industry and a plus for us.
-Hand Tool / Power Tool Experience: Much of our warehouse work with our rental equipment includes the use of hand tools and power tools, any previous experience is a plus.
-Mechanical Experience: Any previous experience as mechanic of any kind is a plus.
-Rental Experience: Any previous experience with a rental store of any kind is a plus.
Work Schedule + Compensation:
40 HOUR WEEKS: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
COMPENSATION: Hourly starts at $19.00 plus a full range of benefits such as healthcare, dental care, paid sick days, paid vacation days, paid holidays, retirement program with 3% matching, and yearly bonus.
