We are seeking one or two Telecom Engineers to become specialists an integral part of our team! You will start helping with cable and related equipment installation at our customer's site. You will be configuring and installing routers/switches and other devices later.
One or two years of experience is preferred. We are seeking workers who want to pursue their carrier seriously in the telecom industry.
Compensation will be increased anytime you show significant improvement.
The company will share its profit once a year as bonus.
Responsibilities:
Install cable and related equipment/material and maintenance of our sales products
Investigate customer's trouble issues and design appropriate solutions and pursue
Order and maintain inventory stock supplies and tools
Report daily progress to your supervisor and process Work Order sheets
Manage projects
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or other related fields is a plus
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player
CA Driver's License / Clean record is a plus
Knowledge of the Japanese language and culture is a BIG PLUS
Need to be able to go over the ceiling to install cables
Must be able to follow precise instructions
Must be responsible and reliable
Conditions:
Work hour varies day to day depending on the project
Must be able to work on weekends / a few times a month at the most
Several interstates business trips in a year (3 days to a month)
