We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our solar installation team. The Solar PV Installer will handle all aspects of photovoltaic system installations. We are especially looking for an experienced Electrical Lead with a strong background in electrical work. The right candidate will be a dedicated team player with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities:
- Install solar mounting and racking systems for various project types
- Comfortably work on roofs of varying heights, slopes, and pitches
- Transport materials and equipment as required for tasks
- Ensure precision and high-quality installation work
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Work independently when needed
- Safely lift, move, and carry items over 50 lbs.
- Climb ladders and stairs, working confidently at heights
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair PV systems when necessary
- Perform all electrical tasks related to solar installations
