Job Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and hotel common areas.
Change linens, replace towels, and ensure amenities are fully stocked.
Communicate with guests and staff to ensure a positive experience.
Report maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties when necessary.
Uphold hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
