Talent Sourcing Direct, Inc., a premier staffing provider, is proud to partner with an industry-leading manufacturer of air purifiers to find an experienced Returns Specialist.
Hourly rate: From $25.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
8:00am-5:00pm (expected hours: 45–50 per week)

WHO YOU ARE
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong background in returns processing. You bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Receive and verify product returns.
- Create receipts and process claims in the system.
- Manage return-side inventory and maintain parts related to return processes.
- Administer daily and monthly data reporting.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel in shipping, receiving, and scrap management of returned products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MUST HAVES
Candidates must meet all the following criteria to be considered:
Reliable transportation to our Vernon, CA warehouse.
Proficient in Excel and computer systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
HIGHLY DESIRED
Experience in return processing with Costco and Home Depot.
Return claims experience.
Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly line management.
