Receiving Clerk – Digital $22/hr. (1) 2n Shift – from 3:00PM-11:30PM; must be open to training on 1st shift for foreseeable future (7:00AM-3:30PM); must be available for OT on weekdays and weekends depending on business needs. Must be F/L certified (sit-down), computer proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Teams); Shift split 50/50 between forklift and computer duties.
JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE
Coordinates the stocking and arrangement of inventory in the warehouse and in conformance to
policies and procedures.
Provides training, scheduling, and guidance to warehouse personnel.
Inspects received goods, notes any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reports
information to the appropriate department in conformance to policies and procedures.
Completes all paperwork relating to the received goods and processing the delivery receipts in a
timely manner.
Assists in inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and monthly
inventory counts.
Coordinates the movement of goods between the storage facility and the Production facility.
Completes job assignments in compliance with Federal, State laws, and company policies and
procedures.
Ensures the compliance of safety guidelines in the warehouse.
Complies with OSHA rules and practices. Wears the proper safety equipment.
Performs inventory transactions for receipts and shipments of farm out orders.
Performs scanning and reporting of documents and reports for farm out orders and in-house
receipts.
Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. This includes packages shipping
UPS and Fed Ex.
Collaborates with production, customer service representatives and others involve with shipment
products.

Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily shipments shipping out of the facility.
Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
Provide additional backup support as needed for shipping and receiving departments.
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of outgoing shipments
to verify information against the bills of lading.
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications and all product ships
complete.
Reports any orders that need to ship and are partially completed.
Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Prepares packages that are going to be shipped out. The shipping information is double checked
and then printed off on the labels going with the packages.
Creates delivery receipts as orders or packages are being shipped out of the facility.
Scans delivery receipts at the end of the day to Doc Link system and turns in the signed original
copy to accounting team.
Communicates via email with customer service team or other involve when shipments have
departed from the facility.
Provides signed BOL and packing slips to customers or others that are involve with shipment via
email.
Reports any issues or concerns to the Shipping and Receiving Manager.
Performs other related duties as needed
