I’m looking for a reliable power washer or subcontractor to take on steady power washing projects/gigs. We are located in and service Los Angeles area. North Hollywood, central Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica city, Pasadena, etc.
Pay is $75 per hour, with a $185 minimum per project.
Schedule: it’s a Flexible schedule, typical hours is 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. Typically 15-30 hours per week. $300-$400 on average per day.
Requirements:
40 hours of prior power washing experience
Owns a 4,000+ PSI machine with 3+ GPM

you need to able to balance on a ladder for the job, this is for projects like 3 story high residential or commercial buildings.
You need a power washer with 4,000 psi or above.
The machine needs to be above 3 gallons per minute.
